Attending your appointments at the agreed-upon frequency in your care plan is very important. It allows you to gain the momentum necessary to motivate lasting change. Your physical therapist will be your accountability partner and help you remember why you put this effort in, even when life gets busy.
A reminder of our cancellation policy:
- If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment there will not be a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged ½ of the visit fee.
- If you no show for your visit, you will be charged the full visit fee.
- We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer one complimentary cancellation/ reschedule with less than 24 hours. If this happens, we will kindly review our policy.
- Your therapist reserves a full 30-60 minutes just for you. Please keep this in mind when canceling and rescheduling.
