In this 45-minute class, we will have a 10-minute dynamic warm-up, leading into a 20-30 minute strength training session using a variety of equipment and training modes and winding down with a 5-minute cool down.
Appropriate for all that are interested in getting stronger. Including pregnant and postpartum (8 weeks). Programmed and led by physical therapists, we can provide modifications appropriate to your fitness-level pelvic floor function. To this end, for all new clients, we require a 15-minute phone call with one of our pelvic health physical therapists prior to class starting. This is so we can learn about your specific needs and design great workouts for you. You can book that here.
