In this 45-minute class, we will explore functional movements in strength training. Not sure what we mean by that? Think of throwing heavy balls and hauling sandbags.
Appropriate for all that are interested in getting stronger; including pregnant and postpartum (8 weeks). Programmed and led by physical therapists, we can provide modifications appropriate to your fitness level and pelvic floor function.
To this end, for all new clients, we suggest a 15-minute phone call with Karen Timm-Lenning PT, DPT. This is so we can learn about your specific needs and design great workouts for you. You can book that here.
