About Dr. Emily
Hi, I’m Emily, and I absolutely love helping people just like you get back to doing the things that make you, you. With 13 years of experience in pelvic health, I bring a wealth of clinical knowledge to get to what matters faster. Together, we’ll create a personalized and exciting plan, empowering you to embark on that road trip, conquer that hiking trail, or reclaim your pleasure.
I offer compassionate care to adults, addressing a wide range of pelvic health conditions. Whether it’s optimizing your health before or after a hysterectomy, managing urinary incontinence, addressing bowel irregularities, dealing with pelvic organ prolapse or diastasis recti, or guiding you through pre and postnatal fitness, I’m here for you. Additionally, I specialize in helping you find a sense of safety and joy in your body through a somatic experiencing lens.
A native of Mt. Pleasant, MI, I knew I wanted to be a physical therapist since the age of 15. I went on to study exercise physiology at Alma College where I ran competitively and met my husband, Tristan. I went on to pursue my Doctor of Physical Therapy at Oakland University. I then spent the next several years working in a variety of practice settings and growing two humans. These transformative experiences inspired me to create the exact practice I’d enthusiastically recommend to my own family and friends.

About Dr. Keesha
Hi, I’m Keesha. I love my job as a physical therapist, and I want to work with you to help you feel confident and capable of doing the things that you want to do. With 8 years of experience in both pelvic health and orthopedics, I will work with you to develop a realistic and personalized plan centered around your goals.
Throughout my career, I have found joy in assisting various individuals, including teens seeking support in competitive sports, addressing urine leaks, helping those struggling with pelvic pain, supporting adults in reaching their fitness goals, and aiding young children with constipation or toilet training challenges.
Originally from Wisconsin, I moved to Kalamazoo to pursue gymnastics at WMU while completing my undergraduate studies. My personal experiences with injuries and rehabilitation during my gymnastics career led me to the field of physical therapy. After earning a degree in Exercise Science, I went on to obtain my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Grand Valley State University. Prior to starting my physical therapy journey, I married my husband, Matt. Since graduating in 2015, I have had the opportunity to work at multiple physical therapy clinics and have had two beautiful children.
My journey into and through motherhood ignited my passion for pelvic health and led me to New Seasons, where we have created an environment that enables us to provide top-notch care for optimizing pelvic health.

About Dr. Karen
I’m Karen, and my mission is to provide education, treatment, and support for your unique musculoskeletal and pelvic floor needs. Whether you’re considering pregnancy, currently pregnant, immediately postpartum, or in the continued postpartum years, I’m here to equip you with the tools to address your body changes, optimize your function, and enable you to lead a strong and unrestricted life. I strongly believe that everyone can benefit from Pelvic Floor PT, and I’m passionate about helping you regain control of your body.
I offer comprehensive care for various conditions and concerns, including urinary incontinence, pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum care, pregnancy-related pain, pre and postpartum fitness, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, as well as joint and muscle pain and injury.
Originally from Saginaw, MI, my lifelong passion for soccer led me to Kalamazoo College where I played for 4 years and also met my husband. A devastating knee injury during my senior year ended my soccer career, but led me to discover my calling in physical therapy. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Wayne State University and began my career in outpatient orthopedics. I underwent two years of extensive specialized post-graduate training in Pelvic Floor PT and PT interventions during pregnancy and postpartum.
Frankly, it frustrates me that there are so few prevention and treatment options presented to those with a pelvic floor – which is everyone! If you’ve ever been denied referral to pelvic floor PT, not given the option, or told to live with your symptoms, I want to work with you!
